Drainage still matters in winter
On low-slope roofs, snow and ice can block drains or scuppers. During a thaw, trapped water can pond and exploit weak seams or flashing details.
Know the warning signs of possible structural distress
Visible deformation, new sagging, unusual cracking or popping sounds, and doors or partitions suddenly behaving differently can be warning signs that a structure needs evaluation. Keep people out of areas that appear unsafe.

Look again after freeze-thaw cycles
